Policies
When playing golf at Passaconaway Country Club and Hidden Creek Country Club, we ask that you dress appropriately.
MEN
• No jeans or cut-offs of any type
• Collared shirts
• Appropriate length shorts
• No gym shorts
WOMEN
• No jeans or cut-offs of any type
• No type of sleeveless tops
• Shirts must have collars
• Shorts and skirts of appropriate length
Passaconaway CC Rain Check Policy
Rain checks will be issued when:
• A steady rain interrupts your round
• Lightning or heavy rain closes the course for more than 30 minutes
Rain checks will not be issued when:
• It is raining and you choose to tee off
• An intermittent or passing shower occurs
Rain checks will be issued for green fees and carts as follows:
18-hole rate paid:
1-6 holes completed Full rain check
7-12 holes completed 9-hole rain check
Tee off on the 12th hole No rain check
9-hole, Twilight, Senior, or Junior rate paid:
1-6 holes completed Full rain check
Tee off on the 7th hole No rain check
You must present your original receipt on the same day as play in order to obtain a rain check.
Rain checks are valid for the current season only. 9-hole rain checks may be applied to an 18-hole rate by paying the difference. Weekday rain checks are not valid for weekend play.
